What it does: 

MySpace is a social networking website offering an interactive, user-submitted network of friends, personal profiles, blogs, groups, photos, music and videos internationally. Geared towards individuals who want to post information about themselves on the web.

Where: 

Australia, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Serbia, United States and Venezuela.

Strengths: 

Very easy to set up a personal web page presence.

Weaknesses: 

Not good for representing an organisation, though some organisations do use MySpace to post content.

Suggested use: 

Organisations can create their own identity on MySpace. Useful to reach out to a young audience.
